Class Description:

In this entry level class we introduce you to yoga by using postures (asanas) and stretches combination with the breath (pranayama) to prepare the body for deep relaxation through guided meditation. Through breath and postures you will develop strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance, paving the way to increased concentration, and deep relaxation. Classic yoga postures will be presented with emphasis on alignment, aided when necessary with various props. This class is open to all ages and levels.
