This is an entry level class that was designed for individuals who are seeking joint lubrication which includes those who cannot or should not participate in more intense forms of exercise. The class consists of basic breathing drills, un-weighted range of motion drills, and instruction on posture, spinal alignment, combined with light stretching all done while standing.
