Class Description:

This program was designed as a holistic approach to re- establish proper core functioning and offer a new way to think about “core training”. We begin with fundamental breathing drills which provide the foundation for strength and power. We then challenge you with a variety of core activation drills working every aspect of the midsection which includes strengthening the neck, lower back and pelvic floor muscles.
